Newly opened in 2006, Clennell Hall Hotel near Alwinton
is set within Northumberland National Park in the Coquet Valley. Offering
luxurious accommodation and good food at a very reasonable price for
visitors, walkers and cyclists as well as providing guests with a
perfect hideaway for a relaxing break. Surrounded by magnificent views,
sheltered gardens and wildlife this is a good centre for walking,

Proprietors Nigel and Lynn Dunwoodie have completely
refurbished this large, historic hall built around a 13th Century
pele tower, retaining many original architectural features. They have
created an extremely comfortable country hotel with ten en suite double
bedrooms, four of them being larger family rooms.
All have alarm clock/radio, hair drier, tea/coffee trays, ironing
