Abea cottage is an attractive, mid-terrace
stone built cottage situated in a quiet lane in the village
of Rothbury.
The cottage is a 2 minute walk from the village centre
and is surrounded by the tree covered hills and countryside
being convenient for fishing, walking, cycling and bird
watching etc.
The two bedrooms are on the first floor, together with
the bathroom. The large bedroom has a 5 foot king size bed
the smaller bedroom has a 4 foot bed. The bathroom has a
wc, pedestal wash basin, bath with handle and flexible shower
over.
The ground floor consists of a lounge, open plan kitchen
and dining area together, plus a porch and utility room
(with a further wc).
The garden has a paved area with patio furniture.
Guests are asked not to smoke in the cottage.
