Transport
Parking

Visitors to Rothbury are requested to consider parking in one of our two very good tarmac car-parks to help alleviate congestion in the main street. Coaches are requested not to park on the main street, but rather use the purpose built coach bays in the main car park.

Main Car & Coach Park - The main town centre car park situated at Cowhaugh is only 100yds or so from the town centre via the footbridge over the River Coquet. The car park is on the south side of the river just to the west of the road bridge, and access to the town centre is easy via the picturesque footbridge.

Beggars Rigg Car Park - The second car park is to the west end of Rothbury at Beggars Rigg, just past the end of the 30 mph speed limit turn left into the car park. There is a lovely 1/4 mile walk along the river bank back into the centre of Rothbury.

cinema and Theatre
